Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized jewelry are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at zewarmart16@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are processed only in special cases.
